BIOGRAPHY

Jane is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of over 15 years, a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.

CAREER HISTORY

Since admission to the bar, Jane has worked with the firms of Ghalia & Ghalia Advocates as well as MMC Asafo whereby she gained substantive legal experience and exposure.

As an advocate she has competence in the Securitization processes, Conveyancing and Real Estate which involves change of user, leases and licenses over land. She also has competence in advising on corporate restructuring, disposals and acquisitions. Jane has good experience in Business registration; Corporate law; Share deals; Commercial agreements; drafting and reviews; Intellectual property including registration of trade and service marks as well as registration of not-for-profit organizations like PBOs, foundations, charitable trusts, and societies.

In addition, Jane regularly offers general legal advice and opinions to clients on diverse legal issues on land matters as well as corporate and commercial law.
